Debra Nagel, majority owner of AmeriClaim, brings 29 years total professional experience to AmeriClaim Group. Her experiences ranges as Assistant Risk Manager - Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital, Sr. Medical Malpractice Investigator/Colorado, Medical Case Specialist/Colorado Region - US Postal Service, Sr. Medical Case Manager - American Family Insurance, Medical Case Specialist - CIGNA Insurance/ACE, Medical Case Manager - Intracorp, Medical/BI Specialist - Crocker Claims Service of Denver, RN/Intensive Care Nursery - Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital, RN/Assistant Head Nurse Neonatal Unit - University of Colorado Health Services Center. Ms. Nagel is a proud member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO); National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).

Alan R. Nagel

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Nagel provides 30 years total claims experience. He began his career with Nagel Claims Service as a Field Property Adjuster. In addition, he worked for Hawkeye Security Insurance - Field Adjuster, Employers Mutual Insurance Company - Inside Claims Specialist, Matthews Adjusting Company - Claims Specialist/Property GA, Crocker Claims of Colorado - Owner/Manager & Property GA, Crocker Claims Western US - Regional Director, Established AmeriCat in August of 1992 and Established AmeriClaim in April of 1993.Alan is responsible for the daily operation of AmeriClaim Group, LLC and continues to instill vision and quality control to the staff and independent adjusters.

Julie J. Zweber

Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations

30 years total industry experience. Ms. Zweber’s insurance experience spans over 26 years with Mercury Insurance Group. She managed the largest and most profitable P&C operation in California which led to her promotion to Vice President of American Mercury in Oklahoma. Her goal is to bolster the Marketing vision set forth by the founders, and in so doing, creates growth and ongoing business potential. She is a proud member of the NAIW and is active in the insurance community.

Louis E. Smith

Vice President of Operations

Louis brings more than 34 years of experience to the key operations position; he has held positions of Branch Manager, Senior Adjuster and Vice President of Claims for various clients in Kentucky and Tennessee. He is conversant in Property/Casualty, Worker’s Comp investigations and long haul liability-on scene investigations. Louis joined AmeriClaim in 2001 and has four successful branches in Colorado and New Mexico. Louis accepted the Vice President of Operations position February 2011 and now works out of Edmond, Oklahoma in AmeriClaim’s Home Office.

Dennis Charles Lang

Executive Director - London Market

37 years total industry experience. Mr. Lang has worked for: Marine Office of America - Underwriter and special Agen, Robert F. Driver Co. - Vice President and Board of Directors, Fred S. James - Vice President and Branch Manager, Republic Hogg Robinson - Executive Vice President, Montgomery and Collins Broker, J.H. Blades Enviromental - Managing Director, Integrity Recovery Service - Managing Director, and World Wide Insurance Consultancy - Managing Director.

Donna Harris, NGA, CPCU

National Claims Manager - AmeriRisk

In addition to oversight of eight offices in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, Donna has been tasked to oversee AmeriRisk claims in their entirety, as well as develop service standards and coordinate claims staff with vendor requirements. Pervious to her employment with AmeriClaim, LLC, she was a regional claims supervisor at Frontier; a consultant for Crawford & Co; regional claims supervisor for Nationwide; Claims Manager for CNA; Claims Rep for Chubb; with early beginnings as a legal administrator for Michigan law firm.

Deanne Murphy

Contruction Defect Coordinator

Deanne Murphy brings 25 years of Claims experience to the AmeriRisk table. She is a proud member fo the San Diego Insurance Adjusters Association (SDIAA), a licensed independent insurance adjuster, on the panel of inter-company arbitration forums, and a credentialed mediator through Nation Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC). Ms. Murphy handles a broad range of claims and is AmeriRisk's expert on Construction Defect assignments.

Bill Nevill, SCLA, RGA

President of AmeriCat, Texas & Louisiana Branch Owner

William has been a Branch Owner with AmeriClaim for over 6 years and has successfully grown the business in Texas and Louisiana through careful, consistent and efficient claims handling. Bill is a Multiline GA with 31 years of experience in the industry. He has handled large loss claims ranging up to $1 million. He is experienced in Xactimate, Simsol, Powerclaim and Integra estimating software. Bill is very involved in numerous insurance associations; particularly with the Texas Claims Association.

Bill has been engaged in Catastrophe claims since 1992 when Hurricane Andrew occurred. He has worked Cat claims as an Adjuster, General Adjuster, Team Leader, and as an ‘indirect manager’ for several insurance companies. At the outset of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Bill was named President of AmeriCat. In an effort to round out his catastrophe experience, Bill became Flood Certified and holds licenses in 14 states, and is an active member of the National Association of Cat Adjusters.

Rodney Smith

Director of AmeriTask, Georgia Branch Owner

Rodney has been a Branch Owner with AmeriClaim for over 10 years and has successfully grown the business in Georgia through careful, consistent and efficient claims handling. Rodney is respected in the insurance profession and holds AIC designation, is a GA with Multi-Line Experience; Commercial Property Software experience, as well as expertise with Power Claim and Xactimate. No stranger to Large Loss Adjustment, Rodney has handled losses in the million dollar range.

Rodney efforts in administrative capacities have long been the course; his knowledge and ability to define positive action as well as make necessary improvements, have proved him invaluable to AmeriClaim Group. His vision and track record resulted in his promotion to Director of AmeriTask. His launch of the new Large Loss program through AmeriTask is already underway and on track for success.
