Our vision is to promote within our industry higher standards for work product; ongoing training that is consistent, and produces knowledgeable and experienced adjusters. In 2009, AmeriClaim Group was recognized for its leadership in the industry and for its overall experience, when we received a contract providing a team of Technical Experts to the National Flood Insurance Program, responsible for conducting Flood Surveys, Special Assists and Quality Control.

AmeriClaim Group is uniquely positioned in today’s market place to become the next major, national independent adjusting company. We currently have more than 100 branch offices across the nation. Our offices are principally located in major metropolitan areas (with a few exceptions) where commercial lines claims are the dominant service line for independent adjusting firms today.

2011 is the time for AmeriClaim Group to make a major push to establishing ourselves as a true national service firm. The current national competitors have been hemorrhaging from inside their operations for the last several years, unable to adapt to changing economic, industry and technological realities. AmeriClaim, in contrast, has built its organization in anticipation of these trends and we operate in a far leaner and meaner organizational structure, combined with our built-in flexibility to take advantage of the trends and changes. From London to New York to Los Angeles, there exists a need for a new national service provider. AmeriClaim is emerging into that position. At the same time, we do not want to grow at the cost of quality and reputation. Hence, we do not seek to be the biggest, only the best in class firm that offers business on a national scale.

AmeriClaim Group is a young, vibrant, energetic and dynamic organization that places emphasis on quality, service and customer satisfaction above and before profits. Our levels of client satisfaction and client retention are remarkable and far exceed those of our competitors. AmeriClaim Group is not an ivory tower operation. Our people, from the CEO to each Adjuster, are accessible and available to discuss service needs, develop specialized solutions or to simply resolve those common problems that occur in the daily course of business and claims. AmeriClaim empowers its people to take action the benefits the clients and brings claims to conclusion and resolution as quickly as possible. Our Regional Managers and our Branch Managers are responsible not just for claims handling but also for the development and retention of clients to include finding solutions for our clients.

AmeriClaim Group expects to grow into a more balanced national organization over the next five years, with Service Centers in most every major metropolitan area. Our Service Centers will be staffed by claims professionals dedicated to AmeriClaim (Not brokered vendor contracts), specializing in Workers Compensation, Commercial Property and Commercial Liability. Our growth will be measured and strategic so as to best meet the demands and needs of our clients; but ultimately controlled by our ability to find the right people and maintaining our service standards.
